Bike grab rides in busy cities while listening to music and with decent weather

We are not the people we think
Da Nang, Day 1
Day 1. Feeling surprisingly underwhelmed by the idea of being the first of an undefined number of days in a new place. Perhaps the thrill of being in uncharted territory is dampened by knowing that’s there’s plenty of time for discovery. Or maybe it’s just because of the lack of a sunny welcome. Anyway, it’s been a productive morning. I rented a scooter, planned three viewings, booked a tennis coach, and enjoyed a scrumptious omu rice for lunch. I took care of a few floors of Maslow’s pyramid and feel ready for the first proper stroll in the city.

Roasted Rice Milk Tea
This is by far the best non-alcoholic liquid to ever enter the bounds of my being.
Waterpark tomorrow, 9am
The real waterpark is the friends we made along the way

Best tennis coach in Phu Quoc
Despite a very limited English vocabulary, this gentleman was able to explain to Creamy the wonders of hitting the ball on the sweet spot using a mix of loud gestures, gentle grunts and the overuse of the expression “same same”. It worked. It works.
